Our Firm

Delivering Objective Advice and Creative Solutions Framed by our Clients’ Long-Term Objectives

Atlas Advisors provides its clients with advisory capabilities across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in New York City, Atlas Advisors is led by Senior Managing Directors and co-founders Palden Namgyal and Roberta Mazzariol and by Senior Managing Director Richard Duron.

The investment banking careers of these three Senior Managing Directors span six decades. Our clients benefit from senior bankers’ experience and relationships across multiple industries globally, including food and beverage, consumer products, chemicals, technology, media, education, business services, basic industries, diversified manufacturing and technology.

We devote senior-level attention to a select group of clients, taking the time to understand their objectives and needs. Our objective is to identify critical strategic issues, provide a thorough assessment of alternatives, and craft and deliver optimal solutions that result in long-term value creation for our clients and their stakeholders.

Atlas professionals have experience across a range of disciplines, including strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, financings, recapitalizations, restructurings, and capital raising. Atlas Advisors has a particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance advisory services, having closed more than $40 billion of transactions worldwide since its founding. We have served as strategic financial advisor to a range of clients, including corporates, private equity firms, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs, who benefit from best-in-class advisory expertise combined with a level of attention not available at a larger firm.
