Mr. Veronis is President and Co-Founder of iCapital Network, Inc., an online platform developed to help buyers of alternative investments (LPs) more efficiently analyze and connect with the most suitable investment managers (GPs).

Prior to founding iCapital, Mr. Veronis spent 11 years at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a middle market private equity firm where he was responsible for originating and structuring investment opportunities and monitoring portfolio companies.  At VSS, he specialized in the business information services sector, which during his tenure at VSS became a key focus for the firm.  Mr. Veronis helped spearhead VSS’ investment strategy in the financial software and data sector, and played a key role in the acquisition and subsequent development of the firm’s investment in Ipreo, which was acquired by KKR in 2011 for $425 million. He also participated in the acquisition of Previsor, a pre-employment testing and assessment company, and was involved in numerous buy side and sell side transactions, including the sales of Clipper Magazine, CompuNet Credit Services, Roper Starch Worldwide, and The Official Information Company.

Prior to joining VSS, he served as Associate Director of Newhouse Newspapers New Media Department. He gained his early media experience as a reporter for The Star-Ledger in New Jersey and The Boston Business Journal.

Mr. Veronis holds a BA degree in economics from Trinity College.
