Summit Plastic Company, along with JanorPot LLC and Desch Holdings BV (operating as Desch-Plantpak) of the Netherlands, has been acquired by New York-based Lincolnshire Management and the Dutch investment entity Janivo.

Summit Plastic Company created Duo pots and handlers and offers containers for the greenhouse, foliage, woody ornamental and root crop markets. Desch-Plantpak is a manufacturer of thermoformed plastic containers, trays and injection molded containers, and JanorPot is a joint-venture between Desch-Plantpak and Summit Plastic, providing product, marketing and manufacturing of pots.

Lincolnshire and Janivo will operate these three companies, plus the previously acquired Nursery Supplies Inc., as a group, creating a horticulture and nursery container company.

Atlas Advisors acted as financial advisor to both Desch-Plantpak and Summit Plasticin connection with this transaction.
